Our Lower Duncan Road house was extended and fully refurbished recently.  It is brilliantly located in Park Gate – only 2 minutes to the shops and 3 minutes walk to Swanwick station.  It has 6 hardworking housemates who work at locally at NATS, as a translator and another is a vet!  There is masses of off-street parking and a great garden with a deck to catch the late summer evening sunshine.
