We specialise in providing all-inclusive contemporary house shares for working professionals
in Fareham and Park Gate.
Our houses are newly modernised to the highest standard and come fully furnished and equipped.
To keep everything simple, we include ALL bills in one single monthly rent.
- Our houses have been specifically designed for shared living so that each has what you want from a home: a generous shared living room and kitchen; great sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, and a good-sized garden to enjoy in the summer.
- Your room is fully furnished and most have an en suite bathroom
- Each room is let on an individual tenancy basis normally for a minimum 6 months
- Houses are chosen for their convenience: close to the centre of town and the station, on bus routes and not far from the M27. All have off-street parking.
- Rents are inclusive of ALL BILLS; utility and council tax bills, broadband, cleaning of the shared areas and gardening.
- We work hard to recruit like-minded young working professionals to our houses who will get on well together and make the house a home rather than a room to lodge in.

When I moved to Southampton 6 months ago I didn't know anyone, and was fortunate enough to find a houseshare with a great bunch of friendly, social housemates. The rooms are all maintained to a very high standard, all bills are inluded, there is plenty of parking, and the landlords have been fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
