Our houses are in great locations close to the M27 and all have off-street parking. They are within walking distance of Fareham or Swanwick Stations and are on or close to bus routes to central Fareham, Segensworth and Whiteley.
Fully modernised & furnished
All our houses have a large shared kitchen which is fully equipped. Everyone has an individual food cupboard plus dedicated fridge and freezer space. There is a breakfast bar or dining area and a sitting room with comfy sofas and large HD TV. All have high speed WiFi throughout the house.
Weekly Cleaning
We provide a weekly cleaning service for all communal areas and any shared bathrooms and a monthly clean of all ensuites. In addition there is a regular gardener and window-cleaner.
Great Standard of Accommodation
All our bedrooms are a good size and are your own private space. You have your own lockable door. Most of our rooms are en-suite. Those that do share a bathroom share with just one other room. All rooms have a TV point and a Cat6 wired ethernet point.
All bills included
Yes really! You make one rent payment to us and this includes the gas, electricity, water and council tax. Plus free high-speed broadband and a TV licence for the communal TV.
Safe & Secure
Our houses are all in good residential areas and we install security motion sensor lights at the front of each house for dark evenings. Unobtrusive fire doors are fitted throughout plus smoke alarms in all bedrooms and living rooms, carbon monoxide alarms adjacent to the boiler and gas hobs and emergency lighting in hallways.
