John and Emma run Braecroft Properties and we hope we are both responsive and fair landlords.

All tenants are given a direct number to call us on. We live locally, keep our properties well maintained and sort out any problems quickly.

We manage the properties and lettings ourselves – there are no ‘middle-men’ or agents involved. We find this gives our housemates a better service.

    All our tenants' deposits are protected within the Deposit Protection Service (DPS); they are held securely by the DPS and are returned directly to the tenant by the DPS (less any agreed charges).
